About Akelius Invest
For 30 years Akelius has offered investment products with favorable terms and conditions. Akelius is famous for offering investments with a fixed high rate of return, originally via Akelius Insurance Ltd and later Akelius Invest Ltd.
Akelius Invest started its’ operations in 2004.
Akelius Invest can offer a high rate of return because your money is lent to the Akelius groupe via promissory notes. The promissory notes are not pledged and may be compared with an unsecured mortgage on a property. The market value of the properties owned by Akelius is SEK 29 billion and the total amount of debt is 20 billion SEK.
The return you receive from Akelius Invest is partly based on the level of interest rates in general and partly on Akelius groupe's ability to invest money with a high rate return.
Akelius Invest Ltd and Akeliusfonder Ltd are registered in the Bahamas.
Akelius Invest Ltd and Akeliusfonder Ltd are owned by a foundation started by
Mr. Roger Akelius.

General conditions and prospectus
When you invest in the fund Akeliusfonder Ltd you automatically enter into a guarantee agreement with Akelius Invest Ltd which provides a fixed rate of return, irrespective of the price fluctuations of the fund.
Akeliusfonder Ltd is a fund registered in the Bahamas. The fund invests primarily in promissory notes issued by the Akelius groupe. The Akelius groupe holds residential real estate in Europe and Canada.
Prospectus
Akelius Räntespar Ltd is today called Akelius Invest Ltd and the fund Akelius Bostadsobligation Ltd has changed its name to Akeliusfonder Ltd.
