Here you find the forms that you need when you invest with Akelius Invest Ltd. You can print the forms on your printer. Fill out, sign and post or fax to us. Don't forget to include a copy of your passport or other identification.

The authorities on the Bahamas require that all our investors send a complete application and a copy of their passport or driver's license.

If we do not receive a properly filled-out application, we have no choice but to close the account and return the money to the investor.
